Delivery Information
Upon receipt of funds, merchandise is shipped within 3-5 working days. For peak period it may take longer. If your order is not shipped within 3-5 days we will contact you per email.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. We ask that you only contact Ultimate Warehouse with any delivery enquiries after the 15 working day delivery period has expired.
International Shipping
Shipping to international addresses is subject to a shipping fee. International shipping will incur a cost depending on country and shipping method. This will be added at the check out.
It is the personal responsibility of the consumer that you comply with your countries customs laws in regards to duties, taxes and Excise. Any extra additional charges relating to these matters are to be paid by the consumer. Please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time.

Returning your merchandise Advise:

• The package should be shipped via Registered Mail
• The package must be insured for the full value of the product(s)
• The merchandise must be complete in its original form and packaging, accompanied by the supplied identifying certificates and proof of purchase.
